Leon is a range created by Ceado in 2021 to mark the sixteen hundredth anniversary of Venice. Inspired by the city’s history and character, the series brings a more traditional style of professional grinding while maintaining the precision and build quality associated with Ceado engineering.
Designed to give cafés an accessible route into dependable performance, the Leon line combines modern usability with the familiarity of classic on demand and doser style workflows. This creates a smooth and reliable experience suited to busy daily service.
Three Levels of Performance for Different Café Needs
The Leon range is available in three performance levels to suit different service demands. The Leon 600 is the most compact model, built with sixty four millimetre flat burrs and a three hundred watt motor for reliable grinding in lower volume settings. The Leon 700 increases power to four hundred watts while keeping the same burr size, offering faster throughput and a balanced workflow for medium turnover cafés. At the top of the range, the Leon 800 uses larger eighty three millimetre flat burrs and a five hundred watt motor to deliver higher output, improved efficiency and consistent results in busy, high demand environments.
