That’s right, real-time extraction tracking is now built right into the machine, no add-ons required. The S21 is also available in a Compact (Spazio) version, but only the standard 2-group and 3-group models include the Chrono function. This latest design also incorporates more polymer panelling for a lightweight, modern finish.
